At URSA & Etex, Safety is not only a priority, Safety is a value. We aim everyone working in or by URSA is safely back home with their beloved—our Vision – Zero Injuries at the workplace.

To achieve this, we are working in three key workstreams focused on enhancing health and safety:

  • Safety Work Environment: Keeping sites free of high-risk areas, ensuring a safe working environment by improving our machinery, equipment, and workstations.
  • Safety Governance: Constantly updating our Risk Assessments and rolling out safety standards and specifications.
  • Behavioural safety: Over having safe workstation and safe procedures, to us is key to have a safety culture. How safe we do things around URSA. Everyone in the plant is engaged and feels personally accountable for his own and others safety.
