At URSA & Etex, Safety is not only a priority, Safety is a value. We aim everyone working in or by URSA is safely back home with their beloved—our Vision – Zero Injuries at the workplace.
To achieve this, we are working in three key workstreams focused on enhancing health and safety:
- Safety Work Environment: Keeping sites free of high-risk areas, ensuring a safe working environment by improving our machinery, equipment, and workstations.
- Safety Governance: Constantly updating our Risk Assessments and rolling out safety standards and specifications.
- Behavioural safety: Over having safe workstation and safe procedures, to us is key to have a safety culture. How safe we do things around URSA. Everyone in the plant is engaged and feels personally accountable for his own and others safety.

We aim every URSA teammate become a Safety Leader where everyone with his/her experience and professionalism takes care of his/her teammates either on our premises, commuting to work or off-site working environment.
